It's that time again! Every 2 years (on even numbered years), food facilities are required to
renew their facility registration with the
U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Bioterrorism Act
Section 415 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) requires facilities that manufacture, process, pack or hold food for animal or human consumption in the United States to register with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Registration Renewal
Registration renewal is open from October 1 through December 31, 2022 on the
FDA website.
